I come from a family of educators. My mom is a former Head Start teacher, my grandma was a teacher, and later elementary school principal. My mother-in-law is also a retired teacher, as were both of her
parents before her. Suffice it to say that I have a deep appreciation for the people who dedicate their lives to raising up the next generation of leaders and innovators our world needs.
I am taking a bit of a different path through life, having served in various capacities over the years as a professional cook, an Army explosive ordnance disposal technician, and most recently I am a hardware
engineering technician working for Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories in Research and Development. The things I love most about my job are getting to help solve challenging problems and knowing that the
work I contribute to is making a positive change in the world, helping keep people safer and ensure reliable access to electrical power. I’m grateful for this opportunity to serve the PCM community, and I
look forward to finding practical ways to serve and support the school’s students, families, and staff.
